Mentioned in the 1950-03-31-01 Minutes of the Pima County Medical Society, 1904-1954: “The Estate of Mrs. King is therefore not obligated to pay the fee originally asked and subsequently reduced. Dr. Hill's statement is that he was never contacted by the attorney of for the Estate, and that he finally called Dr. Haines who apologized for not having contacted him sooner, but would see what could be done to get some settlement from the Estate.”

Listed in the Dec 31, 1870 Post Return with the Medical Department on leave. At the time, Henry Durant was the citizen physician at the post. Hall was from New Hampshire. He continued his career as an Army surgeon. In 1903 he became colonel and acting surgeon general of the Army.
