Mentioned in the 12/11/1945 Minutes of the Pima County Medical Society, 1904-1954: “Dr. Hardison was introduced as representative for the Red Cross. He explained the method of study and approach to the problem by the Red Cross and offered the services of the Red Cross to the Community of Tucson, under the auspices of the doctors, to help in setting up a civilian blood donor service.”
