Lists of supplies of foods, salary to be paid to guide, increase of daily maintenance for every person, census of families with physical description of every individual in expedition, proposals by church to marry every girl from 12 to 18 years of age and every Boy from 24 to 12 years of age. Appointment of priest to cure families, itinerary of trip. Also, lists of expenses incurred in transportation from Veracruz to San Antonio. Maps with planned areas in which such families could settle near San Antonio without conflicting with other settlers in area drawn by marquez de Aguayo in ff. 187. Ff. 0402-0409 concerns a complaint by the priest Eulogio Fernandez that the horses of the military company of the area are causing damage to his lands; the intendente has ordered certain measures to be taken in relation to this matter which are not explained, letter in which virrey is told that Fernandez has been notified of the measures taken; ff. 0410 concerns the account used to distribute gifts to the Indians; ff. 0411 concerns money invested in gifts for Indians for the year 1804; ff 0412 -0416 concerns a case brought against Balli, he was arrested but died while in custody, two other people involved in crime are still in jail, since he was not formally proven guilty the goods belonging to him must be returned to his widow; ff 417-418 concerns statements made on the military service record of Baron. Additional documentation on the subject of the abilitado's calculations; ff. 0393 concerns Farias' petition to contract marriage; ff. 0394 concerns the accounts that deal with gifts made to Indians supplied from the funds of primera and tercera compania volantes; ff. 0395-0398 concerns the case formed against Garza for revoltoso y seductor de los indios, gives el gato as nickname of Garza; Felix Calleja Lets Yturrigaray know that as soon as he receives the proper paperwork he will have the prisoner Garza transferred; ff. 0399 concerns the case formed against Castillo because of his treatment of his wife Garcia, document refers to relevant code that is being used in judicial proceeding, this code is apparently from one used in Cuba; ff. 0400-0401 concerns documentation ordered by Mosquera on matter of death of Ixart. Letter from Nava telling virrey that he has received documentation relative to the paz y guerra account; letter from Nava to marques de Branciforte pertaining to the reconciliations of the above account; account was not formally closed due to the death of Cabo-Franco (accountant), additional commentary on the reparos which appear in this volume on ff. 0186-0202, also covers how the surplus of this account was distributed, letter states that official closing of account is included (does not appear on reel); letter from real tribunal which requests proof of authenticity of claimed costs incurred in paz y guerra account; in general real tribunal satisfied with the presentation of the account by Cortes except for the proof in the reparos part of the account cited above.
