An order concerning Indian pueblos covering the following topics- pueblos in existence more than 10 years must give up the ancient practice (doesn't apply to those Younger than 10 years); that Indians in these pueblos have the same rights as Espanoles; that professional gamblers and venders of liquor are Barred from Indian pueblos; access to adjoining lands is protected; and that all citizens (except the officials) are obligated to work this land.
