Dr. Clyne nominated Dr. Hicks, ‘Dr.’ Rockefeller and ‘Dr.’ Shaffer. Moved by Dr. Watson, seconded by Dr. Thomas that the name of Dr. Lackner be substituted for that of Dr. Hicks.”
