Virrey determines that workers be payed 56 pesos per month's time spent aboard ships of expedition (ff. 188-134). Rios, Campuzano and Moreno, capataces at Arsenal de San Blas petition virrey for salary of 20 reales per day. Virrey denies request (ff. 135-151). Rios, Naval carpenter requests fixed monthly salary. Castro, maestro mayor de Calafates requests customary salary of position (ff. 152-174).
