San Nicolas vecinos also issue complaint against Nava and Inchaurregui. Nava's positions include that of Alcavala manager which biases everyone against him. Nava has delayed silver purchasing. Investigation requests information and documents on conduct of Inchaurregui from San Luis Potosi; Inchaurregui exiled from Guadalcazar. Investigation to inquire of conduct of Nava and Inchaurregui to capitans of San Carlos Tamaulipa and San Nicolas. Request that Fuentes have job and honors restored; merits of Fuentes discussed. Inchaurregui given permission to return home though case of replacement corn not concluded.
