It includes a report of January 11, 1735 to the viceroy describing Indian tribes and settlements of the new kingdom of Leon. (Bexar precis). Summary
Per a viceregal order of October 23, 1723 (copy included), gobernador Bustamante questions some of the oldest and most knowledgeable residents concerning illegal commerce with the French. His investigation uncovers no illicit trade having taken place. All witnesses are in agreement. Some details of teniente general Villasur's expedition in 1720 are given.
