He expresses his opinion regarding the manner of conducting the missions, and what their needs are. These are three letters, two by gov. Oconor and one by cap. Tovar addressed to fr. Gaspar de Solis regarding the hour for mass and other points of information. The two letters by oconor are dated may 16 and may 19 respectively of 1768, that by cap. Tovar was written from the presidio de Nuestra Senora de Loreto Bahia del Espiritu Santo, and is dated March 7, 1768. Tovars letter is 3 fol., these of oconor are 1 and 2 fol. Respectively.
