N Engl J Med 1940; (February 1, 1940) 222:200: STIVERS. George L. Stivers, M.D., of Tucson, Arizona, died November 26, 1939. He was in his sixty-third year. Dr. Stivers received his degree from the Long Island College of Medicine in 1899. He was a fellow of the Massachusetts Medical Society and the American Medical Association. His widow survives him.
