Bell, M.D. Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, 1874, formerly a practitioner of Butler, Pa., but for the past few years a resident of Arizona, a member of the Medical Society of the State of Pennsylvania and of the American Medical Association, died at his home in Tucson, January 14. He was a presidential elector in 1892, and had held several responsible territorial appointments.
