Concerns approval that Ugarte y Loyola gave Pacheco's request for additional gratification funds (discussed in preceeding folios), mentions documents related to the state of horses, request for the current status of accounts dealing with rifles and gunpowder, salary raise suggested for Pacheco denied; before commencing with gratifications to Lipanes, junta Superior de real hacienda reviewed matter and gave responsibility of distribution to Ugalde; Comanches Orientales not to be one of the groups to which gifts are given to, reasons for this decision are located on ff. 0460-0461 and have lines crossing pages out, mentions the establishment of peace with Comanches during this time period, request for an estimate of the value of the goods being given to the Indians and also gives the transportation costs to San Luis Potosi, mentions need for information concerning gratifications to Comanches (earlier had mentioned not giving gifts to the Comanches), and reimbursement of funds used for gift giving.
