Biography of Moreno including time spent in each rank of military, list of regiments he served in, and the campaigns he took part in, and prisoners taken. folio 17 speaks of Moreno's killing of five Gandules in hand-to-hand combat. The 1792 Collera of Indians that he lead to Mexico City and the killing of 12 subordinate Gandules also mentioned. Reasons for Moreno's desire to retire given - ill health, advanced age. Moreno requests to retire with rank of lieutenant Colonel with appropriate pension. folio 22 - 1816 regulations of pension for retired army personnel. Numbers given.
