Cabello tells of the arrival of 4 Texas Indians, his talks with them and various other tribes. The arrival of some Apaches who try to convince the Texas to come with them where they would kill them. Cabello is told that Comanches are warring to avenge their dead. Second document is de Croix's approval of Cabello giving gifts to the Texas. (D. Coates) (1979)

Cabello reports on Indians and their actions. Tells of campaign against the Indians. Asks, for reinforcements as they are unable to handle the great number. Reports losses of mules and horses, animals are being killed and/or stolen by Comanches who have stirred up other tribes.
