Antonio Lopes (mayordomo) reports to Ygnacio marquez (capitan de milicias) the accounts of the hacienda de Balsequillos, which belonged to Juan de Amezqueta. Included are inventories and sales of livestock and seed and wages paid. (P. Hayes) (1977)

The cuaderno de Cuentas gives the salaries, debts and credits for permanent help. Also given are lists of persons hired for- 1) Corte de Trigo (1) cutting wheat; 2) siembras (2) sowing of seed; 3) Limpia de maiz y Frijol (3) cleaning corn and beans; 4) maniobras Varias (4) miscellaneous jobs; 5) pisca de maiz y frijo.
