Diego de la Cruz leads indios Bernave Borrego and Juan Martin on robbery raid on hacienda of Juan de lanba- Aguero and are caught. The two indios sentenced to 4 years each labor at Juan Fernandez de Carrion's silver mine. Diego has history of having escaped from the mines twice before- so is sentenced to death.
