This document contains the record of the charges and resolution of the case of Gregorio, a Criado of Diego de Quiros. Gregorio was convicted of stabbing an Indian twice with a knife. His only excuse is drunkennes - which does not suffice. He is sentenced to three years service in the silver mines, plus monetary payments.
