Jose Ygnacio Cordero accuses the Ayuntamiento of reneging on a contract to buy 600 fanegas of corn. He says Jacobo Belo arranged the deal, 600 fanegas at 30 reales/fanga, received 50 fanegas and wanted no more. The Ayuntamiento decides to go through with the purchase. (P. Hayes) (1977)
