Summary
Acknowledging an order to use monies from the peace and war fund to supply gifts to the Cuampes, Aas, and Sayenas. Real Alencaster describes the plight of an american and two Frenchmen who accompanied the Cuampes. The american was sick from measles and could not support himself, and the two French trappers could not ply their trade in New Mexico. Real Alencaster appropriated 75 pesos to help the three.
