Thadeo complains off mistreatment of he and his wife, Polonia by Maria de Aragon (Owner) and Antonio de Ortega (her son-in- law). Both are fined seventy pesos Moneda corriente de la tierra. (each pays half) twenty pesos go for court costs and for care and curing of assaulted Indians. Forty remaining pesos are to be paid by working on the Palace.
