Summary
This complaint about the conduct of the 'juez visitador' gives good background on the political and moral issues involved in the 'reduccion' of the Indians. It only offers one specific example of abuse- an Indian Boy in the service of padre Nicholas was ordered tied up in front of the padres house and whipped. (R. Perez) (1976)
