Believes such action necessary or Yaqui, Mayo areas, entire province Sonora will be lost, christian flock torn to pieces by carniceros lobos. Mentions misery, sad state Yaquis. Exhorts priests to use power excommunication cautiously, to find out what order Yaqui chiefs carry says first.
