Friendship with naciones del Norte has proven to be fraudulent, their entrance to Coahuila must be avoided or better solution must be found. Description of murder of Vecino and soldier by either Comanches, Apaches, or Tancaoues. Also unsuccessful campaigns against these Indians by a Sergeant.
