Summary
Chacon requests gubernatorial salary to be paid him until he is able to leave Mexico for Spain. The ports are closed due to war. Vildosola and Lasso support Chacon's petition to the viceroy of the obligatory delay since his influence could expedite settlement. Military governors are also entitled to 12 salary payments for travel back to Spain. The royal warrant of April 16, 1792 settled the question of payment. (E. Wilson, November 1989)

Summary
Concerns gobernador Chacon of Nueva Mexico's petitioning that his position in Nueva Mexico was exempt from the Media anata in 1793 when he was nominated as well as the conduccion Fee from Spain. The Media anata was extended to include Nueva Mexico in 1799 so Truxillo decides to retroactively charge Chacon in 1800. Lassos and Vildosola support Chacon that it is unjust. Much correspondence back and forth to find the royal warrant on ff#298. Chacon is finally returned his money. royal nomination on ff#288. (E. Wilson, October 1989)

Summary
Indian Pozo serves Ten years imprisonment in Chihuahua for deserting auxiliary company and causing unrest. After completing the sentence the viceroy sends him to Mexico City so as not to incite any further trouble. Cacho feels he paid his debt and learned his lesson. Summary
Pharamacist ferreira is searched for and ordered back to Spain to be reunited with his Mujer; he was originally sent to Arispe by Revilla-Gigedo to the military Hospital, then he moved to Mexico City to run a civilian pharmacy. The viceroy begins to track him down in 1800 and finally catches up to him in 1803 in Mexico City. He and his friends are required to swear they will comply with the order; ferreira is to liquidate his house in Arispe and the pharmacy. After several postponements he finally returns to Spain on August 8, 1803. Ff#209 gives a physical description of ferreira. One can assume that his Mujer was of the aristocracy as she had the viceroy declare his return an order. (E. Wilson, oct, 1989)

Refuses until royal warrant is submitted to him; real hacienda refuses on the same grounds; Rouset sends copies of letters to real hacienda concerning granted requests of the same nature for Bustamante y Bustillo and Candamo; Rouset finally beseeches Branciforte directly which brings about the monies being released in August of 1797; letter from archbishop to Branciforte outlining royal decree stipend amounts.
