Also states another cause rebellion severe floods Rios Mayo, Yaqui, which washed away land as well as crops, causing much hunger. Claims fr. Estrada didn't want Spaniards living near his Indian pueblos, so he incited to burn Spaniards corrals, etc. Describes widespread missionary opposition to civil authority.
