Macua (executor) planned to rent Casa #11 vergana and agreed to pay for restoration. Rented #11 to Escandon. Obregon concerned that tribunal will lose control of the property. Obregon worried contaduria would not receive proper share of rent (contaduria owned three fourths of property). Obregon stated rent could not be lowered.
