After death of Zumaran, Orozco named master Armorer for Nueva Vizcaya. Debate on whether perote contract (for manufacture) should go to Orozco or Puche. Ff.194-197 are bids by Orozco, Puche listing types of weapons, prices for each, prices for cleaning, repair. Orozco wins bid. Job, salary described on F.210. (A. Dean, August 1989)
