Series of documents which include; an accounting of the fondo de gratificacion de hombres, which includes the beginning and ending balances as well as charges made to the account; a document relating the end of service of three soldiers and the reasons why; a schedule recording the commissioning of officers and others; a document recording goods purchased and their prices; documents that give family statistics such as number of women, men, children, and servants.
