Alderete is given cedula of invalid. Notice of vacancy for Alferez in Parras. Letters giving notice of prosecution of soldiers from Aguaverde. Castro notifies viceroy about deterioration of health due to intensive raining. Transfer of soldiers to San Cristobal. Letter about the Queen giving birth. Legal jurisdiction given over Nuevo Santander. Revision of archives and accounting records of outgoing governor is done due to inconsistencies on reported outlays made in war against Indians. Refund given to governor Castro for travel expenses. Corlier receives title of marquez. Maxent receives licence to travel to Valladolid. Series of letters confirming procedures for processing legal documentation are sent from viceroy's and governor's offices (authorizations of licences to travel, taxes, migration, marriages etc.). (M. Concerns Series of documents dealing with military appointments in various presidios. Trevino recommended as alferes, military record given but Alvarez is appointed instead. Maxent go to Valladolid. Concerns de la Serna's petition to governor of Nuevo Santander of repayment of expenditures caused in the transportation of military prisoners to Mexico. Contains relation of salaries paid to de Leon and other five soldiers. de Leon and the soldiers testify having received one hundred and ninety pesos by de la Serna as payment for the transportation of Murgier and Puga to Mexico. Revillagigedo orders de la Serna to be repaid the two hundred and Ten pesos he had to expend. Murgier and Puga are ordered to pay one hundred and five pesos each on a monthly Basis.

Concerns autos -trial- followed against Murgier and Puga. The documents mention Indians assassination, and misappropriation of funds as cause for Murgier and Puga's judicial trial. Five Indians in jail at Pueblo de Croix ask Calleja for their liberty. The Indians were put in jail by Murgier without reason, according to Calleja. Notification of Vidal de Lorca's death. (R. Concerns Series of documents on the slaying of leaders of the Camotero Indians, by teniente Puga who was following orders from capitan Murgier. Several soldiers, Puga and Murgier are interrogated and gave details of how Indians were killed and beheaded. Defendors for Puga and Murgier appointed. Defendants are kept prisoners at Santa Barbara (M. Marroquin, April 1989)

Concerns Series of oficios and testimonies from witnesses and defendants in prosecution of Puga and Murgier. Documents give details of how the execution of five Indian leaders was carried out by soldier under the order of Puga. Details include situations such as what to do with the Indians' heads after killed. Puga and Murgier were arrested at Santa Barbara. (M. Marroquin, April 1989)

Series of documents on the preparation for consejo de guerra against Puga and Murgier, accused of killing five Camotero Indians in cold blood. List of military judges and prosecutors given. Sentencing of the two military officials to one year suspension without pay. Legal proceedings lasted from February 6, to February 11, 1794 at the house of Davalos.
