Summary
Antonio de Grayia and Tomas Perez are caught capturing and then selling peaceful Indians. Both are muleteers. The Indians are Mansos, 18 of them. Included in the document is the royal cedula pertaining to treatment of barbaric yet peaceful Indians. Antonio and Tomas are fired.
