Francisca Raul de Aguilar complains to governor Cruzat y Gongora that Joseph Lujan has not completed payment on horses sold to him by her Husband. Joseph says yes. Witnesses do not clarify matter. Governor compromises and order a half payment by Lujan (thoric cederstrom) (1980)

Luis Romero, indio from Picuries, petitions gobernador for justice against Ambrosio villalpondo - who is accused of extortion and killing off some of Indian's cattle. Incomplete. (Raul Saba) (1980)

Petition by Miguel Martines de Sandoval for justice in regard to disputed exchange of two horses for a Mule. To help out Joseph Chaves, Sandoval exchanged his two horses for his Macho. Subsequently Joseph's Father Nicolas de Chaves, took the Macho from Sandoval's son saying his son Joseph had no right to effect the exhchange. Sandoval wanted his horses returned. (Raul Saba) (1980)

Francisco Afan de Rivera of Villa Nueva de Santa Cruz is accused and convicted of wounding by sword Joseph de Atienza and his son Gregorio. The case begins before the Alcalde mayor of said jurisdiction, Cristobal Torres, but is immediately transferred to Santa Fe and Juan Paez Hurtado, the lieutenant governor. Writs and testimonies are included. Afan de Rivera is jailed in Santa Fe and an embargo is placed on his personal possessions (which seem to be extensive). (Raul Saba) (1980)

Order by gobernador Bustamante sending capitan Antonio Tafoya on a campaign against the hostile Apaches of the Sierra de los Ladrones y Sandia. Fifty soldiers and one hundred and fifty Indians from the Rio Abajo jurisdiction are to accompany him. A copy of the order is to be made for the archives. (Raul Saba) (1980)

Cristobal Torres notifies teniente general Paez Hurtado that the Yutas stole five horses and one Mule from Joseph Luxan. He also asks Paez Hurtado to send him some paper and personal items. (Raul Saba) (1980)

Signed copy of sentence issued by the Juez receptor Antonio Bezerra against Felix Martines and dispatched to real Audiencia in Mexico. Martines is ordered to make payment and restitution to Pecos Indians for personal services rendered and for an order of 2,000 wooden boards delivered to his Palacio. (Raul Saba) (1980)
