Phelipe de Carbajal and Pedro de Chavarria are petitioning to get out of jail after having been accused of inducing and bribing two slaves, Pedro and Toribio, to steal wheels from a coach belonging to Suarez. Preparations for campaign against hostile Cocoyome, Coaguileno Indians involving forces from Mapimi, Gallo, Cerrogordo, Conchos presidios, Tepeguan and Tlascalteco Indian auxiliaries, and vecinos from Spanish communities. Campaign rosters included. Some prisoners taken and interrogated, including Cocoyome leader Juan de Lomas. Lomas blames Coaguilenos for all the robberies and murders.
