Burning of presidio Orcoquisa and establishment of new settlements in Coaguila. Also, total commercial freedom in Americas with cultivation, collection and transportation of pepper and Tabasco to Spain, prohibiting Duran and Chavez to travel to Spain again without first requesting viceroy's permission, orders to transfer Queipo to Spain to live with wife, issuance of new coined money to Cajas reales and lists of personnel who have finished their service and retired due to injuries and insanity.
