Salcedo, Nemesio. Re; the investigation of Felipe Montoya.

Communication titled confidential in which Salcedo tells the (teniente governador of El Paso ?) That he has received information that Montoya was the recipient of a number of letters from various persons, which are pertinent to investigation of the rebellion. Salcedo requires the teniente governador to employ any available expedient(S) to obtain the above-mentioned letters. (Lloyd Kendall) (1980)
