Summary
A criminal action against the Alcalde mayor of Jemes, jailed for having written two disrespectful letters, which are included in the diligencia. Part of the problem arose from Armenta's resignation of his office, and from Armenta's failure according to real Alencaster, to intrude into the private lives of the people in his jurisdiction - I.e. the pregnancy of an Indian servant. Pardoned by real Alencaster, and his resignation accepted. (Robert H. Jackson) (1980)
