          Summary
              A civil case brought by Juaquin Velarde to clear himself of the charge of having stolen 123 pesos from 4,ooo pesos he was transporting to Santa Fee for the presidio company. The document contains testimony by various people and the expediente eventually went to comandante general Salcedo for final determination.
