Comandante general Pedro de Nava informs governor Fernando de la Concha that despite earlier promises the Lipanes, led by chief brazo de hierro, have not appeared to sign a peace treaty. Nava asks de la Concha to assess relations with other Indians and send what information he can. (R. Davis) (1980)
