Summary
He is of the opinion that the missions have sufficient stores of grain to meet the needs of the military. Also, informs that the priests sent to the province have not been heard from. Stresses the poverty of the missions Ures and Matape, noting that when the marques de Rubi visited the latter, padre Michel had to send his Indians 20 leagues to round up sufficient cattle to feed the travelers.
