          Summary
              A report on the religious institutions of the area that discuss the personnel shortages in each and names those persons who are carrying on duties of institutions provisionally; separates missions that are understaffed or not staffed at all, speaks of the impact on personnel that the expulsion of the Jesuits had; before their expulsion Jesuits were in charge of 28 missions, 10 of these have been given over to sacerdotes seculares and the remaining 18 to el colegio Apostolico de Guadalupe in addition to two newly erected missions, Guaycabala and Cajurichic, who only have the necessary religious artifacts to celebrate confession, baptism, and burials; doctrinas, lists 7 doctrinas and gives the names of those in charge of each if applicable, notes the lack of foresight in Borica's decision to remove the synod from these establishments, notes that the Indians from three of these pueblos are 30 Leguas away from the doctrina de guazmota. Curatos indotados, gives the names of the curatos that are either understaffed or not staffed at all as well as general comments on their administration; sums up letter by requesting that the virrey take steps to alleviate the burden he is under.
