Decree from virrey Florez for consultation by fiscales on complaints and disagreements between governador Diaz y Ortega and teniente Urrutia of Durango. Ff 160-162 contains index of expedientes by Ximenez. Virrey Revilla y Gigedo orders Urrutia to same position in Guadalajara and replaces him with Barcena. (D. Marksz, December 1986).
