An affirmation on the part of the governor that certain Indians, called Salineros have not taken up residence in the mining district as ordered and have, moreover, contributed to the disturbances in the real. There follows declarations by the governor and other witnesses as to the causes of the trouble. A complaint on the part of a ranch Owner concerning the insecure conditions on the road. Specifically, the rancher makes mention of the various impediments that the Indians (which he denominates Barrienos) have put in the way of his commerce. An account of the services performed by the author in the wars against the rebellious Indians and a brief account of the use the capitan has made of the Indians in his services to mine silver. This is either a will or testimony from Diego Quiroz, who has or knows the location of a significant amount of silver. Somehow, the church thinks it is rightfully theirs and here the 35 priests and goday from tacatecas.
