A very long and complex document Series. In name of Inez martinas, Pedro and Nicolas de Quesada lay claim to some land in Valley of San Bartolome. The land is claimed by Maria Romo who is represented by capt. Alonso Morales Garcia. Capt. Garcia presents documents to show Maria Romo bought land from capt. Juan Gomez Hernandez (whose widow presents documents). Appeal to Audiencia and king. Eventually decision in favor of Pedro and Inez five years later. (R. Davis) (1975)

Don Bartolome requests final recognition of his purchase of the mine San Joseph from Don Joseph Barrazas. The lt. Francisco definitely owns Garcia, and claims ownership of Domingo Nicolas, says gen Ugarte caught him and his secretary Anaya registered or noted this, and he Francisco, got Domingo from Ugarte. This is a contract between Antonio and Francisco to apprentice out Juan to Francisco for 4 years so Juan can learn to be a blacksmith. At the end of the 4 years Antonio agrees to set an honest price to pay Francisco.
