Petition by the cabildo of Santa Fee on behalf of the poor inhabitants and widows of the Villa, to the governor. The poor are in dire need of arms and agricultural tools and the cabildo pleads for relief and aid from the governor. (Lloyd Kendall) (1980)

This extensive informe was written by the guardian of the colegio de Santacruz complaining of conditions in the missions of Pimeria Alta. It contains 105 paragraphs in all and was written in the name of the discreets of the college. It seems to be the original document but does not bear signatures. (microfilm catalog)

This is a group of 26 letters, all originals with the autograph of fr. Francisco Iturralde. They are written from various missions to different friars. Some are personal, others are informes. A good number were written to fr. Diego Bringas who was visitator of the missions, and almost all were written on half folios in the manner in which we write letters today. This history of the missions of Sonora of the Franciscans was written by fr. Barbastro when he was the Head of the Custodia. As he himself states, the sources are the original documents found in the archives of the missions. Written at mission Purissima de Babiacora. It gives a description of the missions of Texas over which he presides- la presidencia de estas misiones de Texas. it was written from the mision de S.s. Joseph. This long informe gives a complete account of the mission de Nuestra Senora del Pilar. It was sent by fr. Juan de Dios de Larrondo to fr. Antonio de Vebina, and speaks of the govierno politico and espiritual de los indios including the gastos and the limosna a los pobres, etc. This is an original document with the autograph of fr. This is a copy of the official visitation made by fr. Juan Diaz of the missions of Pimeria Baja belonging to the college of Santa Cruz. An account of each mission is given with the date of visitation and the name of the Superior, countersigned by fr. Juan Diaz as visitador and his secretary, fr. Francisco Iturralde.
