Dr. John Bacon, Miami, was elected president; Dr. Roderick D. Kennedy. Globe, vice-president; and Dr. John L. Wales. Globe, scretary-treasurer. Dr. Joseph N. McCormack, Bowling Green, Ky., was present, and addressed the meeting.
