Skinner, John Oscar

Born in Maryland May 1845. Arrived at Fort Lowell Jan 6, 1879 and performed post surgeon duties until Aug 19, 1880. Served in the Surgeon General’s Office in Washington, DC between 1883 and 1887. Returned to West Point as a surgeon between 1888 and 1889.

Skinner, Kansas City, being made vice president elect, it should have said that Dr. Edward H. Skinner, Kansas City, was made president elect.
