The Arizona Citizen, Tucson, October 29, 1870: Dr. Phelps informs us that the malarious fevers which prevail in Aug., September and October, are fast disappearing from our midst, and that the health of our city is pretty fair and improving. Notwithstanding it is a physician's delight to have a large list of patients. Dr. Phelps sets his on their pins as quickly as fine skill can do it.
