S. Public Health Service Reserve; interned at the State of Wisconsin General Hospital in Madison and Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore; interned at the Evansville (Ind.) State Hospital, where he also served a residency; served a residency at the Arizona State Hospital, Phoenix, New Mexico State Hospital, Las Vegas, Weston State Hospital, Weston, W. Ya., Utah State Hospital, Provo, and at the Mendocino State Hospital, where he had been a member of the regular staff ; died in Ukiah March 28, aged 40, of cerebral hemorrhage.
