Dr. Maxwell was born in 1863 and graduated from Gross Medical College, Denver, in 1898 after having been a teacher in Arkansas, Oregon, California and West Virginia. He has practiced in Morgantown about thirty-five years. In 1930-1931 he was president of the West Virginia Medical Association.
