Lincoln, Oscar

Referred to as “Dr.,” but apparently not an MD.

The chairman of the Board of Directors of the Territory of Arizona’s insane asylum circa 1886. The other directors were Madison W. Stewart and Francis C. Hatch. The secretary was N. A. Morford and the treasurer was William Christy. The superintendent was Oscar L. Mahoney MD (q.v.).

The report is signed by James A. Bayard and Oscar L. Mahoney. Notes are attached by other members of the board, C. Meyer Zulick, governor, and J.C. Shields, chief justice of the territory.
