Superintendent of the Insane Asylum, was born at Ripley, N. Y., September 16, 1876. He took up the study of medicine in the University of Buffalo, from which he graduated in 1901. Moved to Nogales about 1905. While there, he served as City Health Officer of Nogales, and Superintendent of Public Health for Santa Cruz County. Source: Who's Who in Arizona.
